All patients’ ledgers will be analyzed, outstanding claims that are over thirty days old will be checked with insurance company; all outstanding balances from the patient’s account will be displayed in patient’s appointment box two days prior to the scheduled appointment
Private statements will be sent to the patients for uncollected copayments and deductibles after insurance payments will be posted.
Patient’s account receivable. We will send statements to your patients for the balances that are due. Once a month we will run a report for outstanding over 30 days private balances.
